When we walked in your store you greeted us, asked us if you could be of any service, gave us the information we needed, and then allowed us to look around your show room.
We never felt pressured to buy the most expensive mattress in your showroom and once we made our decision you were available to finish the paperwork.
Even more amazing to us was you were able to deliver our new mattress and take away our old mattress that very same day! The two men that delivered the mattress were efficient and knowledgeable about the mattress and made sure we knew how to rotate it.

I am writing you concerning a wonderful experience my husband and I had while in your store. I had been to five different stores looking at mattresses and I hadn't received any help. We actually went into one store and they ignored our presence. We were beginning to get frustrated and wanted to give up because we thought that if we went anywhere else they would be rude as well. However, my husband and I decided to go to one more store.
We walked into your store about ten minutes to six o'clock in the evening July 24th, and you kindly greeted us. We looked and sat on every mattress in the store. We had many questions that may have sounded a bit dumb, but you were there with the answer. You made us feel like we were very important. It was not until we drove off that we realized you closed at six. We felt awful that we kept you past closing. The rest of the evening we discussed with each other and our parents what a wonderful experience we had in your store. We also mentioned the fact that although you closed at six you never made mention of it, or tried to hurry us out the door like other stores would have done. We purchased our mattress from you because you made us feel as if we were old friends. You made us feel like we were important.
Thank-you for allowing your daughter to play with ours. Thank-you for turning a bitter shopping experience into something wonderful. Thank-you for everything.
